Black Ceramic Square Bistro Table, Diameter 61 cm

Our imitation marble ceramic bistro tables have a natural marble look and are ideal for use in the hospitality industry. These tables are our most popular option for restaurants and cafés in Paris, as ceramic is a stronger, more durable option than marble. What's more, these tables are resistant to stains and scratches, making them ideal for everyday use. Ceramic never needs sealing and doesn't absorb liquids. They are also almost indistinguishable from real stone and can remain outdoors.

Each ceramic tray is made from compressed natural stone, fired at temperatures in excess of 1,200°C (2,200°F). The result is a non-porous stone, making it resistant to heat and UV.

The brass rim features a seamless, aged brass band encircling the stone edge. The base features the same details as an early 20th-century French bistro table. We've reproduced the construction process, including the way the marble is attached to the table.

These tables can be used indoors or out, but it's best to keep them under an overhang. If kept in direct sunlight, the fanfare may tarnish over time.

It's not necessary to clean our ceramic bistro tables daily, but occasional light maintenance is suggested.

• To clean the tabletop, use a glass cleaner with a paper towel or clean cloth.
  
• To clean the cast-iron base, spray the base with water and clean with a cloth or sponge and a mild detergent, such as washing-up liquid. Spray the soap from the base with water and wipe dry with a towel.
